Garth Eley
Artist member since 2022
ProToronto, On
Garth has deep roots on Manitoulin Island, and although a seasonal resident now, still has family living there. This has focused much of his artwork on the land and waterscapes of Manitoulin, spending days exploring every nook and cranny of the Island, as well as working in his grandmother’s business (The Gore Bay Recorder).
Some of his art is on display and for sale at the Centennial Museum, Sheguiandah, Manitoulin Island.
He travels for inspiration, and paints for enjoyment and relaxation.
